Five New Bagle variants emerge; NetSky.d variant takes off

London, UK - 1 March 2004, 16:30 GMT - mi2g Intelligence Unit data shows that the Bagle malware family has five new variants, .c to .g, that started spreading over the weekend. The last two versions, .f and .g, are causing network problems because they are designed to bypass most anti-virus filters and gateways.
